Two states, two biryanis, one box. A South Indian feast that serves eight.
The Ambur Biryani Kit brings Tamil Nadu's small-town legend — seeraga samba rice, light spice, long-cooked and tender. The Andhra Nellore Biryani Kit runs hotter and drier — Andhra's bolder, spice-forward style. Two regions, two heat levels, side by side.
