About this meal

A Fuel box covers one meal; this is for the days a plate needs more than that, without turning on a stove. Seasoned soya protein chunks, nothing else added, sealed the moment they are cooked so the seasoning holds. Stir it into any Fuel box after heating, or add it to a salad, rice or roti at home; it is built to sit on top of a meal, not to be one on its own, with no separate heating step needed beyond whatever it joins.

Like every Fuel box, it carries 0 added preservatives and needs no fridge: store below 30°C, away from direct sunlight, for up to 12 months.
