About this meal

Some days one Fuel box is not enough, especially after a workout when the day's protein target is still short. This is grilled boneless chicken, seasoned, nothing added beyond that, sealed once cooked so the seasoning holds. Stir it into any Fuel box straight after heating, or add it to a salad, rice or roti at home; it is built to sit on top of a meal, not to be one on its own, with no separate heating step needed beyond whatever it joins.

Like every Fuel box, it carries 0 added preservatives and needs no fridge: store below 30°C, away from direct sunlight, for up to 12 months.
